Course Information & Timetable

To gain a real insight into the career of a doctor, we offer a jam packed one-day course which will fully equip you for the career providing you with the requisite skills and knowledge. The course runs from 10am to 5:30 most weekends from June- September. Each class has around 25 students with a medical student at a top university. Each course is priced at X. Each student will be provided with a course book.

Course Structure:

Introduction + What the career and course really involves
Interesting scenarios, Tips applying, studying and future career paths of medicine.
BMAT and applications tips
Lecture mock
Small group workshop covering medical ethics, NHS structure, important discoveries and significant organisations.
Practical skill- blood taking
Practical skill- suturing
Practical skills- using equipment such as stethoscopes, sphygmomanometer and reading x-rays!
